Effects of Yin Yoga on the Energetic Body and the Chinese 3 treasures: Jing, Qi & Shen
Understanding the Elements and controlling cycles: wood, fire, earth, metal & water
Learn how to sequence and teach a practice based through Meridian Theory
Learn to teach basic Yin Pranayama
Learn contraindications to Yin and how to adjust sequences safely and thoughtfully to the individual
A course for teachers, teacher in training or anyone wishing to develop their understanding of Yin Yoga and it‘s emotional, physical, mental and energetic effect on the body & mind.
6 months practice of Yin Yoga preferred but not essential.
