Exploring 20 Yin Yoga poses through 5 muscle groups
Introduction to Meditation techniques through Yin
Introduction to Yin Pranayama
Lower body anatomy
Range of Movement testing in the lower body and understanding Functional Yoga Anatomy
Effects of Yin Yoga on tendons, ligaments and muscles
Introduction to fascia and connective tissue network
Learn how to sequence and teach practices based through 5 muscle groups
Learn to teach basic Yin Pranayama
Learn contraindications to Yin and how to adjust sequences safely and thoughtfully to the individual
A course for teachers, teacher in training or anyone wishing to develop their understanding of Yin Yoga and it‘s emotional, physical, mental and energetic effect on the body & mind.
6 months practice of Yin Yoga.
Saturday & Sunday Typical Schedule
0800 – 1000 / Meditation & Practice
1000 – 1130 / Yin Workshop I
1130 – 1300 / Yin Workshop II
1300 – 1400 / Lunch break
1400 – 1530 / Yin Workshop III
1530 – 1630 / Yin Workshop IV
16.30 – 17.30 / Practice & Meditation

On completion on the full course, participants will receive a 50hrs Continuing Professional Development, Yoga Alliance Certified Training Certificate.
