A strong core and pelvic floor integrity is essential for good health, stability and strength throughout the enitre body.
Yoga Ball is a fun and effective way to train the mucles of the lower back, abdomen, pelvic floor, hips and thighs to work together and support the integrity and heath of the spine.
Over two hours you’ll learn how to engage the core muscles to breath effectively, train with attention, feel energised, feel uplifted and become stronger, healthier and happier!
